Order Reservation: Items will remain reserved during this 48-hour window. If payment is not confirmed via Stripe or bank confirmation within this period, the order may be automatically cancelled to release inventory for other medical professionals.

4. Verification & Policy Compliance

Professional Standards: In accordance with our corporate policy and Shopify’s merchant guidelines, unpaid orders will be flagged. Repeated non-payment may result in the suspension of purchasing privileges on our platform.
Fraud Prevention: High-value transactions may undergo a secondary verification process to protect both the buyer and BITECHGROUP LLC from unauthorized activity.
