1. Professional Verification (Mandatory)

As a specialized provider of professional medical systems and refurbished equipment, we serve certified medical professionals and authorized organizations.

  • Order Validation: We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if the buyer fails to provide valid professional credentials (e.g., medical license or business registration) within 48 hours of request.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We offer a 14-day return request window from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the following criteria must be strictly met:

  • Condition: The equipment must be in the exact condition received (unused, unaltered, and not installed).

  • Packaging: All original packaging, manuals, and security tags must be intact.

  • Documentation: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Key Exclusions:

  • Change of Mind: Returns based on a simple change of mind are strictly not accepted.

  • International Trade Terms: Return eligibility is subject to the agreed-upon Incoterms (e.g., EXW, CIF) as per international trade standards.

3. Return Authorization Process

Do not ship items back without prior written authorization.

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Items purchased on "Final Sale" or gift cards.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and passes inspection, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approval: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please allow additional time for international banking cycles.

7. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted. To cancel an order, you must contact us before dispatch.
