Refund & Return Policy
Because our products are pre-owned medical equipment shipped internationally, returns involve complex customs, import, and export clearance procedures. For this reason, we do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse.
When We Accept Returns
We stand fully behind every unit we ship. If your order arrives damaged, does not arrive, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- For valid claims (damaged, not received, or wrong item), shipping costs are fully covered by us.
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted due to international customs and clearance requirements.
