Shipping Policy

We ship pre-owned medical equipment worldwide using trusted international carriers and freight forwarders.

Processing & Delivery Time
- Handling time: 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Air shipping (DHL/FedEx): 4–10 business days, with standard tracking.
- Sea freight: up to 60 days depending on destination, method, and customs clearance.

Tracking
Air shipments include a standard courier tracking number. Sea freight is tracked via Bill of Lading and vessel details, and does not include a courier-style tracking number.

Carriers
Orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or air/sea freight forwarders depending on the destination and equipment size.

Shipping Terms (Incoterms)
- Standard orders ship under DAP (Delivered At Place) or EXW (Ex Works) terms, confirmed at the time of order.
- Large equipment is quoted separately; shipping cost is provided as a custom quote and is not auto-calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer under DAP/EXW terms.
